# Drilling, in model terms

How the sample model follows a drill campaign, using [[Frostline]]'s 2026 program.

1. A **drill program** belongs to a property: [[DrillProgram:dp-2026]] on [[Property:prop-frost]]. The drilling contractor is [[Contractor:con-drill]], with its rigs [[Equipment:eq-rig1]] and [[Equipment:eq-rig2]].
2. The program drills **holes**: [[DrillHole:FL-26-001]] and [[DrillHole:FL-26-002]]. A hole embeds its downhole surveys and intervals.
3. Core from a hole is split into **samples**: [[Sample:S-100231]] and [[Sample:S-100232]].
4. A lab ([[Lab:lab-alp]]) returns an **assay** per sample: [[Assay:as-S-100231]] and [[Assay:as-S-100232]].
5. The assays feed a **resource estimate** ([[ResourceEstimate:re-frost-2026]]), signed off by a qualified person ([[QualifiedPerson:qp-dlee]]).
